ILT Workshop Sample
Here is a sample of a program I created to help learning professionals enhance their skills by mastering the ADDIE Model. I designed, developed, and executed this initiative to support their upskilling journey. After pilot testing, materials were handed off to the client for future use.
This program was built as a five half-day instructor-led training (ILT) workshop utilizing a mixed-media approach. It incorporated Vyond animated videos, which I personally designed, developed, scripted and narrated, along with a fully developed facilitator guides, presentations, games and toolkits (job aids) for ongoing reference.

My approach is focused on understanding the desired outcomes of the client, then writing scripts and concepts that keep their learners engaged while achieving them.
Articulate eLearning Courses
I created 32 job-specific new hire compliance training courses in Articulate Rise and published them to the company’s internal LMS.
Each course contained anywhere from 10-15 lessons. In some instances, lessons and learning blocks could be used in other courses with slight content variations; duplicating existing content saved a considerable amount of development hours.
Within the lessons, I spaced content to make it visually appealing. I accomplished this using dividers, image and text tools. I also integrated Storyline segments and mp4 video with CC text using the multimedia tool. I utilized many of the interactive tools such as flashcards, interactive tabs, labeled graphics, audio, scenario builders, hyperlinks, knowledge checks and sorting activities to make the content engaging.
The materials I worked on are proprietary, so I am not able to share a full sample. However, I have included a few screenshots below for your review. Below that are some additional samples of Articulate courses I have recently developed that are less sensitive in nature.
